After managing a large travel organization & running tournaments, we noticed a need for administrative help among clubs & teams. In 2025 we assembled a team with diverse backgrounds to handle all aspects of club administration!

David Henry

President & CEO

David has over 20 years of leadership with running leagues, travel clubs and tournaments. His attention to detail and experience in running businesses allows him to anticipate and forecast needs of clients.

Since graduating as a college baseball player, Ben has excelled in sales because of excellent listening skills. This allows him to tailor programs to best benefit the client. As a baseball coach he always has the players needs first in mind.

Samantha Jones

Samantha has an exquisite eye for detail! As a former D1 Athlete & D1 Head Softball Coach, her training & instruction has helped players reach the highest levels. That detail helps in specializing social media content and off the field holistic player development opportunities.

Mike Campbell

VP of Operations

Mike has overseen several leagues and clubs over the past 15 years and as a former college athlete & father to a D1 player, he understands the challenges facing teams, players & parents. He has developed a recruiting seminar to help families understand & navigate the current landscape.

Jeanie has lived the life of a parent to a longtime college player as well as an administrator for a high school sports association. She has been instrumental in helping families & teams coordinate collections, fundraisers & keep everything moving forward.
